By using FINLYVO you agree to use the app for lawful, personal finance tracking only, to keep your account credentials secure, and not to attempt to access other users' data. Shared trips may only include people you have the right to invite. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.
FINLYVO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not connect to your bank and the figures shown are informational only — please verify them against your official bank statements before relying on them for tax, accounting, immigration or legal decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FINLYVO is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app.
You may stop using FINLYVO and delete your account at any time from Data & Privacy. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or applicable law. We may update these terms; meaningful changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Premium subscriptions, when offered, will be governed by additional billing terms presented at checkout.
